This Portal www.madrimasd.org is owned by the Foundation for Knowledge madri+d, whose main purpose is to contribute to the social use of science and technology, taking charge of a significant part of the technological innovation programs of both the Directorate General for Research and Technological Innovation and the Directorate General for Universities and Higher Artistic Education. Likewise, the network of work brings together public and private research institutions and business associations, covering the essential aspects of communication between the knowledge-producing sector and the industrial sector with the aim of improving the region’s competitiveness through knowledge transfer.

The domain name madrimasd.org, as well as madrimasd.es, is owned by the Foundation for Knowledge madri+d, with Tax ID G-83351346, whose registered office is located at C/ Maestro Ángel Llorca, 6. 3rd Floor. Madrid.
The Foundation for Knowledge Madri+d was established by Decree 63/2002 of 25 April, approved by the Governing Council of the Community of Madrid, and is registered in the Foundations Registry of the Community of Madrid on 28 August 2002, on Personal Sheet No. 316, Volume XLIV, folios 239–259, entry 1.
All users of the Portal are provided the possibility of sending their opinions, news, event suggestions and any other comments electronically via the email fundacion@madrimasd.org.
Browsing and use of the Website, as well as the services contained therein, is completely free provided that the General Conditions are expressly complied with and without reservation, which are permanently updated under the 'Legal Notice' link.

It should be noted that several sections of the Portal include articles, opinions and other contributions, which in all cases are the inherent intellectual property of their author. For possible reproduction of such content, whether in part or in full, the author’s rights must be respected and explicit mention made of the AUTHOR, SOURCE and any other identifying data.
Services and sections have also been created so that users can insert content—texts, images, videos, etc.—which are subject to the Creative Commons 2.5 Spain license. However, every user must respect this clause in order not to infringe third-party intellectual and industrial rights. Any action not meeting the requirements of the Creative Commons 2.5 license is prohibited. As for photographs, as with videos, users must be the authors or be authorized to reproduce and distribute them.
