Resumen

Use of oxoisoaporphines in combating leishmaniasis. Data are provided on the in-vitro activity of compounds with an oxoisoaporphine structure as compared with species of the genus Leishmania: L. amazonensis, L. infantum, L. braziliensis and L. guyanensis. The invention also relates to the pharmaceutical formulations that include such compounds.
