The invention relates to a high-efficiency incandescent lamp, a method for manufacturing same and a power-control device for same. The lamp includes a power-control device (1) connected in series with the filament (2) of the lamp. The power-control device (1) comprises an impedance ZG with substantially inductive and/or capacitive combined behaviour to reduce the instantaneous power received by the filament (2) during the operation of switching on the lamp and to control the power received by the filament (2) during the operation of same in order to increase the temperature and improve the efficiency thereof. The value of the impedance ZG of the power-control device (1) is determined in accordance with the electric resistance value RL of the hot filament (2) of the lamp, and the modulus of said impedance ZG is preferably substantially identical to the resistance value RL of the hot filament (2) of the lamp.
