The invention relates to a modular prefabricated element for surface drainage on dirt roads. The invention comprises an element in the form of a block which is combined longitudinally with other blocks in order to form a gutter or which is combined in parallel with other modules in order to form a double or triple gutter. Said gutter can be used to replace standard transverse road drainage. The inventive element is made from reinforced or non-reinforced concrete or a synthetic material and the dimensions and weight of the element are such that it can be handled by a single person on site without machinery.
