Resumen

The invention relates to promoters of the genes glutamate desydrogenase, .beta.-acetylhexosaminidase and .gamma.-actine and their use in systems of expression, secretion and anti-sens of filamentary funghi. The invention also relates to the use of the promoters of the genes which code: (I) glutamate desydrogenase NADP depending (EC.1.4.1.4) of Penicillium chrysogenum, (II) .gamma.-N-actylhexosaminidase (EC.3.2.1.52) of Penicillium chrysogenum and (III) .gamma.-actine of Penicillium chrysogenum and Acrimonium chrysogenum, which can be used for the construction of potent vectors of expression and secretion useful both for P. chrysogenum and for A. chrysogenum and related species. Said promoters can also be used for blocking the genic expression through anti-sens construction. Under the control of the above mentioned promoters, it is possible to conduct the expression of other genes in filamentary fungi, thereby increasing the production of antibiotics and/or proteins inherent to the same.

Reivindicaciones

35. Transformed non-human organisms characterized in that the DNA sequences of Claims 8 to 16, totally or partially included in the vectors of Claims 21 to 26, obtainable by the process described in Claims 27 to 34, have been introduced into them. - 60 - 36. - Transformed organism according to Claim 35, characterized by consisting of a prokaryote, preferably Escherichia coli or an actinomycete. 37. - Transformed organism according to Claim 35, characterized by consisting of a eukaryote, preferably of the genus Penicillium, Aspergillus, Acremonium or Saccharomyces. 38. - Transformed organism according to Claim 36, characterized by consisting preferably of Penicillium chrysogenum, Aspergillus nidulans, Acremonium chrysogenum or Saccharomyces cerevisiae. 39. - Organism according to Claim 36, characterized by consisting of pure strains represented by CECT4849, CECT4852, CECT4851 and CECT4850 or mutants and transformed derivatives thereof. 40. - Use of the transformed organisms of Claims 35 to 39, in the production of antibiotics. 41. - Use of the transformed organisms of Claims 35 to 39, in the production of penicillin. 42. - Use of the transformed organisms of Claims 35 to 39, in the production of cephalosporins.
