Resumen
The method is for the stable incorporation of the capacity of oxidation of hydrogen in Gram negative bacteria. It is based on the use of a mini-construction which includes the genes of Rhizobium leguminosarum implicated in the synthesis of hydrogenase together with a resistance marking pen, which can be subsequently eliminated. The introduction of this construction of bacterias of the family Rhizobiaceae is effected by transposition to the genome, where it is maintained in a stable manner. The thus modified bacteria induced high levels of hydrogenase in the radicle nodules of leguminosae.
