Resumen
The method involves extracting the profiles from zinc, aluminum and silver alloys. The profiles are of simple or complex symmetry. The content of the base elements of the alloy ranges between 20 to 23 percent by weight in case of aluminum, 0.5 to 4 percent by weight of silver a remaining weight as zinc. The manufacturing method involves preheating ingot, where extrusion and cooling of the profiles is carried out at room temperature.
