Resumen

New additive for projectable agglomerating materials in the building industry, said additive comprising at least one clay of rheologic grade, preferably sepiolite, a water reducer/fluidifier and an aeration agent, as well as the utilization of said additive as component of projectable agglomerating materials such as mortars and concretes.

Reivindicaciones

1. Technological additive for projectable conglomerate building materials that comprises a solid mineral component, at least a complementary agent selected from among an aerating agent, a water reducing agent/flux, an anti-rebound agent and mixtures thereof, characterized in that the mineral component has a particle size smaller than 40 micra and is selected from among rheological grade sepiolite, rheological grade attapulgite and mixtures thereof. 2. Additive according to claim 1, characterized in that it comprises 76-99.8% by weight of the solid mineral component; 0.2-24% by weight of the complementary agent. 3. Additive according to claim 1, characterized in that it comprises 0.1-14% by weight of the aerating agent; 0.1-10% by weight of the water reducing agent/flux. 4. Additive according to claim 2, characterized in that it comprises 83.5-98% by weight of the solid mineral component; 2-16.5% by weight of the complementary agent. 5. Additive according to claim 1, characterized in that it comprises 1-10% by weight of the aerating agent; and 1-6.5% by weight of the water reducing agent/flux. 6. Additive according to claim 1, 2 or 4, characterized in that the complementary agent is at least an anti-rebound agent. 7. Additive according to claim 1, 2 or 4, characterized in that the solid mineral component is rheological grade sepiolite with a particle size smaller than 25 micra. 8. Additive according to claim 1, 2 or 4, characterized in that the solid mineral component is rheological grade attapulgite with a particle size smaller than 25 micra. 9. Additive according to any of claims 1, 3 or 5, characterized in that the aerating agent is selected from among Vinsol neutralized resins, acid organic salts, superior fatty acids, hydrocarbon derivatives and mixtures thereof. 10. Additive according to any of claims 1, 3, 5 or 9, characterized in that the aerating agent is Vinsol resin. 11. Additive according to any of claims 1, 3 or 5, characterized in that the water reducing agent/flux is selected from among lignosulfate sodium and calcium salts, carboxylic acids, hydroxylated polymers, sulfonated formaldehyde naphthalene polymers, formaldehyde-melamine polymers and mixtures thereof. 12. Additive according to claim 1, 3, 5 or 11, characterized in that the water reducing agent/flux is sulfonated formaldehyde naphthalene formaldehyde. 13. Projectable conglomerate building material that comprises a cement fraction and an aggregate fraction, characterized in that it comprises 0.1-0.6% by weight of additive referred to the total weight of the composition defined in any of the claims 1 to 12. 14. Material according to claim 13, characterized in that it comprises 0.2-0-4% by weight of the additive. 15. Material according to claim 13, characterized in that the cement fraction is present in a proportion of 10 to 50%. 16. Material according to claim 13 or 15, characterized in that the cement fraction comprises Portland cement. 17. Material according to claim 13, characterized in that the aggregate fraction has a particle size smaller than 40 mm. 18.
