The invention provides a flame-retardant and anti-dripping PLLA and a fiber thereof. The flame-retardant PLLA comprises base PLLA, a flame retardant and a flame retardant auxiliary agent; the flame retardant is a DOPO type flame retardant; the flame retardant auxiliary agent comprises a fluorine-containing compound and a sulfonate; and the flame retardant and the flame retardant auxiliary agent can be used as a PLLA flame retardant, and the flame retardant PLLA has the flame retardant performance while maintaining good spinning ability.
