Reivindicaciones
Claims Method carried out by at least a controller (100) , at least one social network (200) , a provider {300}, and a terminal (400) of a user, here referred to as primary user (450), wherein each of the at least one social network (200) is at least one of a software application and a web site that is at least configured to maintain profiles of at least the primary user (450) and other users, here referred to as secondary users, who are associated with the primary user (450) in the social network (200) ; and the provider (300) is at least one of a software application and a web site that is at least configured to present and/or offer information, services and/or goods to users; the method including setting up (slO) a trust relationship between the controller (100) and each of the at least one social network (200) ; accessing (s20), by the terminal (400) of the primary user (450), the provider (300); transmitting (s30) , by the provider (300) to the terminal (400) of the primary user (450), a proposal to provide information relating to the provider (300) at least to some or all secondary users associated with the primary user {400} in the at least one social network (200) ; accepting (s40), by the terminal {400) of the primary user {450) , the proposal; transmitting (s50) , by the provider (300) to the controller (100) , a message including or identifying the information relating to the provider {300); obtaining (s60) , by the controller (100) , identification of the primary user (450) to whom the message relates; and triggering (s70) , by the controller (100) , the transmission, to some or all secondary users associated with the primary user (450) in the at least one social network (200) , of the information relating to the provide (300) . Method of claim 1, wherein the proposal to provide information relating to the provider (300) at least to some or all secondary users associated with the primary user (450) in the at least one social network (200) is a proposal to provide information relating to at least one of the access by the terminal (400) of the primary user (450) to the provider (300) , the relation between primary user (450) and the provider (300) , and the interest of the primary user (450) in the information, services and/or goods presented and/or offered by the provider (300) . Method of claim 1 or 2 , further including a step of setting up (sl5) a trust relationship between the controller (100) and the provider (300) . Method according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein transmitting (s50) , by the provider (300) to the controller (100), a message including or identifying the information relating to the provider (300) is carried out by redirection of a browser running on the terminal (400) of the primary user (450) . Method according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein transmitting (s50) , by the provider (300) to the controller (100), a message including or identifying the information relating to the provider (300) further includes transmitting, by the provider (300) to the controller (100), at least one of: information about the at least one social network (200) to which the information relating to the provider (300) is to be transmitted; information about the secondary users associated with the primary user (450) in the at least one social network (200) to whom the information relating to the provider (300) is to be transmitted; and at least one condition to be met for the information relating to the provider (300) to be transmitted at least to some or all secondary users associated with the primary user (450) in the at least one social network (200) . 6. Method according to any one of claims 1 to 4, further including, before triggering (s70), by the controller (100), the transmission, to some or all secondary users associated with the primary user (450) in the at least one social network (200) , of the information relating to the provider (300) , requesting (s62) , by the controller (100) to the terminal (400) of the primary user (450) , and transmitting (s64) , by the terminal (400) of the primary user (450) to the controller (100), at least one of: information about the at least one social network (200) to which the information relating to the provider (300) is to be transmitted; information about the secondary users associated with the primary user (450) in the at least one social network (200) to whom the information relating to the provider (300) is to be transmitted; and at least one condition to be met for the information relating to the provider (300) to be transmitted at least to some or all secondary users associated with the primary user (450) in the at least one social network (200) . Method of claim 5 or 6 , wherein the at least one condition includes at least one of: one or more conditions associated with the primary user (450) , one or more conditions associated with the secondary users associated with the primary user (450) , and one or more conditions associated with the at least one social network (200) ; and the method further includes, before triggering (s70) , by the controller (100) , the transmission, to some or all secondary users associated with the primary user (450) in the at least one social network (200) , of the information relating to the provider (300) , determining (s68) that the at least one condition is met . Method of claim 7, further including, before determining (s68) that the at least one condition is met, obtaining (s66) , by the controller (100) , information regarding at least one of the primary user in each of the at least one social network (200) , and the primary user's social graph in each of the at least one social network (200) , wherein a user's social graph includes the associations between the user and other users in a social network (200) . 9. Method according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein triggering (s70) , by the controller (100) , the transmission, to some or all secondary users associated with the primary user (450) in the at least one social network (200) , of the information relating to the provider (300) includes transmitting, by the controller (100) to the at least one social network (200) , a message causing the profile of the primary user (450) in each of the at least one social network (200) to be modified, and the modification to the profile of the primary user (450) to be notified to the some or all secondary users associated with the primary user (450) in the at least one social network (200) . 10. Method according to any one of the preceding claims, further including: recording, by the controller (100) , upon receiving a message transmitted (s50) from the provider (300) , at least one of: information regarding the provider (300) from which the message originates; information regarding the primary user (450) to whom the message relates; meta- information regarding the information identified or included in the message transmitted (s50) by the provider (300); information regarding conditions, if any, to be met for the information relating to the provider (300) to be transmitted at least to some or all secondary users associated with the primary user (450) in the at least one social network (200) ; information regarding the at least one social network (200) to which information relating to the provider (300) is transmitted; information regarding the secondary users to whom information relating to the provider {300) is triggered to be transmitted; and information regarding the time when information relating to the provider (300) is triggered to be transmitted. Controller (100} including a setup unit (101) configured for setting up a trust relationship between the controller (100) and at least one social network (200), wherein each of the at least one social network (200) is at least one of a software application and a web site that is at least configured to maintain profiles of at least a user, here referred to as primary user (450), the primary user (450) having a terminal (400) , and other users, here referred to as secondary users, who are associated with the primary user (450) in the at least one social network (200) ; a receiver (105) configured for receiving, from a provider (300) , a message including or identifying information relating to the provider (300) , wherein the provider (300) is at least one of a software application and a web site that is at least configured to present and/or offer information, services and/or goods to users; an obtainer (106) configured for obtaining identification of the primary user (450) to whom the message relates; and a triggerer (107) configured for triggering the transmission, to some or all secondary users associated with the primary user (450) in the at least one social network (200) , of the information relating to the provider (300) . Controller (100) of claim 11, further including a setup unit (102) configured for setting up a trust relationship between the controller (100) and the provider (300) . Controller (100) of claim 11 or 12, wherein the receiver (105) is further configured for receiving, from the provider (300), at least one of: information about the at least one social network (200) to which the information relating to the provider (300) is to be transmitted; information about the secondary users associated with the primary user (450) in the social network (200) to whom the information relating to the provider (300) is to be transmitted; and at least one condition to be met for the information relating to the provider (300) to be transmitted at least to some or all secondary users associated with the primary user (450) in the at least one social network (200) . Controller (100) of claim 11 or 12, further including a requestor (108) configured for requesting, to the terminal (400) of the primary user (450) , and a second receiver (109) configured for receiving, from the terminal (400) of the primary user (450), at least one of : information about the at least one social network (200) to which the information relating to the provider (300) is to be transmitted; information about the secondary users associated with the primary user (450) in the at least one social network (200) to whom the information relating to the provider (300) is to be transmitted; and at least one condition to be met for the information relating to the provider (300) to be transmitted at least to some or all secondary users associated with the primary user (450) in the at least one social network (200) . Controller (100) of claims 13 or 14, wherein the at least one condition includes at least one of: one or more conditions associated with the primary user (450) , one or more conditions associated with the secondary users associated with the primary user (450) , and one or more conditions associated with the at least one social network; and the controller (100) further includes a determiner (111) configured for, before triggering the transmission, to some or all secondary users associated with the primary user (450) in the at least one social network (200), of the information relating to the provider (300) , determining that the at least one condition is met. Controller (100) of claim 15, further including: a second obtainer (110) configured for, before determining that the at least one condition is met, obtaining information regarding at least one of the primary user in each of the at least one social network (200) , and the primary user's social graph in each of the at least one social network (200) , wherein a user's social graph includes at least the associations between the user and other users in a social network (200) . Controller (100) according to any one of claims 11 to 16, wherein the triggerer (106) is configured for triggering, the transmission, to some or all secondary users associated with the primary user (450) in the at least one social network (200), of the information relating to the provider (300) by transmitting to the at least one social network (200), a message configured to cause the profile of the primary user (450) in each of the at least one social network (200) to be modified, and the modification to the profile of the primary user (450) to be notified to the some or all secondary users associated with the primary user (450) in the at least one social network (200} . Controller (100) according to any one of claims 11 to 17, further including: a recorder (112) configured for recording, upon receiving a message transmitted (s50) from the provider (300), at least one of: information regarding the provider (300) from which the message originates; information regarding the primary user (450) to whom the message relates; information regarding the information identified or included in the message transmitted by the provider (300) ; information regarding conditions, if any, to be met for the information relating to the provider (300) to be transmitted at least to some or all secondary users associated with the primary user (450) in the at least one social network (200) ; information regarding the at least one social network (200} to which information relating to the provider (300) is transmitted; information regarding the secondary users to whom information relating to the provider (300) is triggered to be transmitted; and information regarding the time when information relating to the provider (300) is triggered to be transmitted. System (500) including a controller (100) according to any one of claims 11 to 18 , at least one social network (200) , a provider (300) , and a terminal (400) of a user, here referred to as primary user (450) , the at least one social network (200) , the provider (300) , the terminal (400) and the primary user (450) being the same as those first referred to in claim 11, wherein each of the at least one social network (200) includes a setup unit (201) configured for setting up a trust relationship with the controller (100); the terminal (400) of the primary user (450) includes an access unit (401) configured for accessing the provider (300) ; the provider (300) includes a first sender unit (303) configured for sending, to the terminal (400) of the primary user (450) , a proposal to provide information relating to the provider (300) at least to some or all secondary users associated with the primary user (450) in the at least one social network (200) ; the terminal (400) of the primary user (450) further includes an accepter (404) configured for accepting the proposal; the provider (300) further includes a second sender unit (305) configured for sending a message including or identifying the information relating to the provider (300) . Computer program comprising instructions configured, when executed on a computer, to cause the computer to act as a controller (100) in accordance to any one of claims 11 to 18.
