Resumen
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adopt a plural number of sets of travelling devices to a corresponding gauge in accordance with a gauge changing device of Talgo by arranging an axle device with an extensible tooth between eact set of the travelling devices, furnishing a pinion/ring gear transmission device to transmit a traction moment to this axle device with the tooth and installing it on a boggie frame body. SOLUTION: Two sets of travelling devices 1 and 1' are built in two frame bodies 2, and an axle device 4 with an extensible tooth is built in between these travelling devices 1, 1' to prevent relative rotation of both of the travelling devices 1, 1' between wheels. Thereafter, pinion/ring gear transmission devices 14, 15 to additionally convert a track axle of various width to an axle of a tractor are built in and furnished in the axle device 4 with the extensible tooth. Consequently, it becomes possible to adopt two sets of the travelling devices 1, 1' to a corresponding gauge in accordance with a gauge changing device of Talgo.
Reivindicaciones
1. Tractor bogie with incorporated gauge-change system which includes sets of running gear (1,1') each consisting of a wheel fixed by wedges to a short axle, whose journals carry individual roller bearings and whose bearing-axle-boxes incorporate on their outside lugs which, interacting with rods of point locking bars, position each set of running gear (1, 1') on each of two gauges, characterized in that it comprises frames (2) which each support two of said sets of running gear (1,1') and are joined to the actual frame of the bogie via elastic elements constituting the primary suspension of the bogie, each frame (2) being equipped with sliding and centring blocks (3) intended to support the bogie and unweight the wheels as they pass through a gauge changer; a toothed extendible axle (4) which is arranged between each pair of sets of running gear (1,1') and which consists of two end joining pieces (5) secured to the extension of the journal of the respective wheel axles, two protective tubes (6;11,11') to which the rotation of the journal of the axles of the wheels is transmitted via said end joining pieces (5), at least one externally toothed tube (7;12) secured to said protective tubes (6;11,11'), two flexible end discs (8) which are each fitted between an end joining piece (5) and the corresponding protective tube (6;11,11') and which secure, in rotation, the wheels to the extendible axle (4), and an internally toothed tube (10;13) which prevents the relative rotation of the joining pieces (5) and the protective tubes (6;11,11') of both wheels of each set of running gear (1,1'); and, for each frame (2), a pinion/ring-gear transmission set (14,15) fitted on the frame of the bogie to transmit the traction moment to the internally toothed tube (10;13) via a hollow-axle transmission mechanism. 2. Tractor bogie according to Claim 1, characterized in that it incorporates two frames (2). 3. Tractor bogie according to Claim 2, characterized in that each frame (2) has a configuration in the form of an underframe with cross members. 4. Tractor bogie according to any one of Claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the extendible axle (4) incorporates two externally toothed tubes (7). 5. Tractor bogie according to any one of Claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the extendible axle (4) incorporates a single externally toothed tube (12) and the tube (11') has internal toothing.
