Reivindicaciones

1. A synthetic multi-epitope chimera comprising: a.- the peptides characterised by SEQ ID NO: 1, SEQ ID NO: 2, SEQ ID NO: 3 and SEQ ID NO: 4, arranged in any order and separated by 0-2 amino acids, giving rise to a sequence of 70-76 amino acids; or b.- modifications of the peptides characterised by SEQ ID NO: 1, SEQ ID NO: 2, SEQ ID NO: 3 and SEQ ID NO: 4, arranged in any order and separated by 0-2 amino acids, giving rise to a sequence of 70-76 amino acids with, at least, 95% identity to the sequence defined in a.-. 2. The chimera according to claim 1 characterised by SEQ ID NO: 5 or with, at least, 95% identity to SEQ ID NO: 5. 3. A pharmaceutical composition comprising a synthetic multi-epitope chimera defined in any of claims 1-2, for use in mammals. 4. The pharmaceutical composition according to claim 3 comprising a pharmacologically acceptable excipient, carrier and/or adjuvant. 5. The pharmaceutical composition according to claim 4, wherein the adjuvant is saponin. 6. The pharmaceutical composition according to any of claims 3-5 for use in a prophylactic and/or therapeutic vaccine against Leishmania spp. 7. A prophylactic and/or therapeutic vaccine against Leishmania spp. comprising a synthetic multi-epitope chimera according to any of claims 1-2 or a pharmaceutical composition according to any of claims 3-6. 8. The prophylactic and/or therapeutic vaccine according to claim 7 for use against Leishmania infantum. 9. The prophylactic and/or therapeutic vaccine according to any of claims 7-8 for use in humans and/or dogs.
