The invention relates to a heat accumulator tile which is based on the energy associated with a change of state of a substance contained therein. The lower part of the inventive tile is equipped with a base in the form of a concave receptacle or container in which a suitable quantity of the accumulator substance can be deposited, such as to form an indivisible unit. According to the invention, when the aforementioned substance changes from a solid to a liquid heat is accumulated and when the substance changes from a liquid to a solid heat is released, thereby maintaining a constant temperature inside spaces defined by the horizontal face.
