Reivindicaciones
1. A compound of formula (I): <img class="EMIRef" id="480487370-ib0006" /> or any pharmaceutically acceptable salts, solvates or isomers thereof wherein R<1> is selected from H, halogen or OR', R' being selected from H or optionally substituted aryl, R<2> is selected from H, halogen or OH, R<3> is selected from H or halogen, n is selected from 1 or 2, X is selected from the following groups: <img class="EMIRef" id="480487370-ib0007" /> wherein R<4> is selected from OH aryl, -(CH<2> )<m> -aryl, m being a value selected from 1 to 3, OR", or NHR", R" being selected from aryl or C<1> -C<4> alkyl, R<5> is selected from H, halogen, OR', optionally substituted aryl or C<2> -C<4> alkynyl, R<6> is selected from H, or optionally substituted aryl, or R<5> and R<6> form, together with the phenyl to which are joined, a naphthalene group, R<7> is an OR" group and Y is selected from optionally substituted aryl or optionally substituted heteroaryl, provided that the compound of formula (I) is not one of the following compounds: - 4-chloro-2-(2-(3,4-dichlorophenyl)acetamide) benzoic acid, - 3-(2-(3,4-dichlorophenyl)acetamide)-2-naphthoic acid, 2. The compound according to claim 1 wherein R<1> is halogen. 3. The compound according to the preceding claim, wherein R<1> is chlorine. 4. The compound according to claim 1, wherein R<1> is an OR' group, R' being selected from H or phenyl. 5. The compound according to claim 1, wherein R<1> is H. 6. The compound according to any of the preceding claims, wherein R<2> is halogen. 7. The compound according to the preceding claim, wherein R<2> is chlorine. 8. The compound according to any of claims 1 to 5, wherein R<2> is H. 9. The compound according to any of claims 1 to 5, wherein R<2> is OH. 10. The compound according to any of the preceding claims, wherein R<3> is H. 11. The compound according to any of claims 1 to 9, wherein R<3> is halogen. 12. The compound according to any of the preceding claims, wherein X is the following group: <img class="EMIRef" id="480487370-ib0008" /> 13. The compound according to the preceding claim, wherein R<4> is OH. 14. The compound according to claim 12, wherein R<4> is an NHR" group. 15. The compound according to claim 12, wherein R<4> is an OR" group. 16. The compound according to any of claims 14 or 15, wherein R" is methyl. 17. The compound according to claim 12, wherein R<4> is a phenyl. 18. The compound according to any of claims 12 to 17, wherein R<5> is halogen. 19. The compound according to the preceding claim, wherein R<5> is selected from chlorine or bromine. 20. The compound according to any of claims 12 to 17, wherein R<5> is an OR" group. 21. The compound according to the preceding claim wherein R" is methyl. 22. The compound according to any of claims 12 to 17, wherein R<5> is H. 23. The compound according to any of claims 12 to 17, wherein R<5> is an optionally substituted phenyl and R<6> is H. 24. The compound according to the preceding claim, wherein R<5> is a phenyl substituted by a C<1> -C<4> alkyl. 25. The compound according to the preceding claim, wherein R<5> is selected from 2-methylphenyl, 4-n-butylphenyl or 4-tert-butylphenyl. 26. The compound according to any of claims 12 to 17, wherein R<5> is ethynyl. 27. The compound according to any of claims 12 to 26, wherein R<6> is an optionally substituted phenyl and R<5> is H. 28. The compound according to the preceding claim, wherein R<6> is a phenyl substituted by a C<1> -C<4> alkyl. 29. The compound according to the preceding claim, wherein R<6> is selected from 2-methylphenyl, 4-n-butylphenyl or 4-tert-butylphenyl. 30. The compound according to any of claims 12 to 26 wherein R<5> and R<6> form together with phenyl to which a naphthalene group is joined. 31. The compound according to the preceding claim, wherein R<7> is an OR" group, R" being methyl. 34. The compound according to any of claims 32 or 33, wherein R<8> is a C<1> -C<4> alkyl substituted by at least one phenyl. 35. The compound according to claim 32, which is (2R )-2-[2-(3,4-dichlorophenyl)acetylamino]-3-(1-trityl-1H -imidazol-4-yl)methyl propanoate. 36. A pharmaceutical composition comprising a compound of formula (I) according to any of claims 1 to 35. 37. A use of a compound of formula (I): <img class="EMIRef" id="480487370-ib0010" /> or any of the pharmaceutically acceptable salts, solvates or isomers thereof, wherein R<1> , R<2> , R<3> , n and X are defined according to any of claims 1 to 35, for the manufacture of a medicinal product. 38. The use of a compound of formula (I) according to any of claims 37 or 38 for the manufacture of a medicinal product for treating a disease or disorder in which the DREAM protein has altered expression levels. 40. The use according to the preceding claim wherein the disease or disorder in which expression levels of the DREAM protein are altered is selected from neurodegenerative disorders, cognitive disorders, sensory perception disorders, inflammatory response disorders and auto inflammatory diseases. 41. The use according to the preceding claim wherein the disease or disorder in which expression levels of the DREAM protein are altered is selected from Alzheimer's disease and other types of dementia, schizophrenia, Huntington's disease, dyskinesia, depression, disorders linked to Down's syndrome, chronic pain, neuropathic pain, allodynia, atherosclerosis, type-2 diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis, gout or acute respiratory distress syndrome.
