A front cover (2) acts as a fastening device. A cylinder drum roller (4) turns freely on a transverse axle (6) and is triggered by a front tongue (5), which protrudes through an aperture in the front cover. The transverse axle fastens on a casing (1). A flap stops coins from passing and tilts through the effect of the cylinder drum roller on the casing.
