Resumen
The set of platinum (II) trans compounds combating tumours consists of agents of general formula PtX2L1>L2>, where X is a halogen and L1> and L2> are amine ligands. Thus the trans-(PtCl2(amine)(dimethylamine)) compounds have e.g. dimethylamine as L1>, and L2> is e.g. R-NH2 aliphatic amines where R is an alkyl group. EMBODIMENT - The compounds are active against carcinogenic cells.
