The invention relates to an in vitro method for predicting the clinical response of a patient diagnosed with colorectal cancer to an anti-tumor therapy or for identifying a patient diagnosed with colorectal cancer who is unlikely to respond to treatment with an anti-tumor therapy, preferably a neoadjuvant anti-tumor therapy; the method includes detecting the levels of expression of a genome fingerprint consisting of six genes. Likewise, the invention relates to kits for implementing said method.
