The composition comprises a rosemary extract and vitamin E, and may be used as a nutritional supplement and also in the production of pharmaceutical compositions for reducing inflammatory processes and lipid peroxidation in general and, in particular, processes associated with the menopause, and also for preventing and/or treating the adverse effects of ionizing radiation.
