Resumen
The use of quasicrystalline structures in optical applications of X-rays, consists of the presentation of a concept within X-ray optical instrumentation, through the introduction of a material with quasicrystalline structure into the optical path of the X-rays, that results in the elimination of harmonics, allowing for much better elimination of contamination from high energy harmonics than that achieved using periodic crystals.
