Resumen
The procedure is for cultivation of recombinant Pseudomonas for use in desulfurizing dibenzothiophene. In a fermenter, the recombinant strain of Pseudomonas is produced, which is used as bio-catalyst for desulfurizing dibenzothiophene. A pre-inoculum is prepared in Luria-Bertani medium and an aerated commercial reactor using basal saline medium with 20 g/L of glutamic acid at a temperature of 30 degrees Celsius. The expression of the genes of the desulfurization route 4S is induced at the end of 4 hours from the commencement of the production of the micro-organism.
