The lightweight construction material, according to claim 3, wherein the elastomer is rubber. 5. The lightweight construction material, according to claim 4, wherein the rubber is recycled rubber from end-of-life tires. 6. The lightweight construction material, according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the binding material further comprises reinforcing fibers. 7. The lightweight construction material, according to claim 6, wherein the percentage of reinforcing fibers is in the range of 1-5% with respect to the total weight of the binding material. 8. The lightweight construction material, according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the water/binder mass ratio is between 0.6 and 0.7. 9. A panel characterized in that it comprises a lightweight construction material according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
