Resumen

[0001] The method for detecting the blue light of the visible spectrum and variation of the eye trauma caused with the violet light and quantizing, and the device (100) and system (200): the step of reasoning the influence of the impinging radiation in the individual different eye structures measuring the exposure time about the impinging radiation; the step and warning and, that influence; the step of giving warning of the excess of at least one threshold; the step of detecting whether at least one threshold established about the range was exceeded or not; the step of establishing at least one threshold of the impinging radiation in the range; the step of calculating the impinging radiation detecting the impinging radiation on the individual vision system; the step in the range between 500 nm and 380 nm is included.

Reivindicaciones

1. Method for detection and quantification of the variation of eye damage caused by the blue and violet light of the visible spectrum comprising the steps of: detecting the incident radiation on an individual's visual system; calculating the incident radiation within the range between 380 and 500 nm; establishing at least one threshold of incident radiation within said range; detecting if at least one threshold established for said range has been exceeded; warning the excess of at least one threshold; measuring the exposure time to incident radiation; and inferring in the different ocular structures of an individual the effect of incident radiation and warning of such effect. 2. The method of claim 1 comprising a step of interaction with the emission source of incident radiation. 3. The method of claim 1 wherein the thresholds are scaled. 4. The method of any of claims 1-3 comprising a step of establishing the position of a user and applying a correction coefficient in the calculation of the incident radiation. 5. The method of any of the preceding claims comprising a step of exchange of data of emissions concerning to a user between at least two devices. 6. The method of any of claims comprising the turning off of an emission source when a threshold is exceeded. 7. Portable electronic device (100) for detection and quantification of blue light on the visible spectrum comprising a light detector (101) in the range of the visible spectrum; a signal conditioning circuit (102) connected to the detector (101); an analog-to-digital converter (103); a processor (104); and a program that is stored in the memory of the processor (104) and is configured to be executed by the processor (104), the program including instructions for: detecting the incident radiation on an individual's visual system; calculating the incident radiation within the range between 380 and 500 nm; establishing at least one threshold of incident radiation within said range; detecting if at least one threshold established for said range has been exceeded; warning of the excess of at least one threshold; measuring the exposure time to incident radiation; and inferring in the different ocular structures of an individual the effect of incident radiation and warning of such effect. 8. Device according to claim 7 comprising a Bluetooth transmitter (105) connected to a user device. 9. Device according to any of claims 7-8 comprising a signal light (106, 107). 10. Device according to any of claims 7-9 comprising an acoustic signal (108). 11. Device according to any of claims 7-10 comprising a GPS locator. 12. Computer system (200) for detection and quantification of the blue light of visible spectrum comprising a display (201) connected to a screen controller; a program memory (203); a camera (204); a processor (202); and a program(s) (205) stored in the memory (203) of the processor (202) and which are configured to be executed by the processor (202), the program(s) (205) including instructions for: detecting the incident radiation on an individual's visual system; calculating the incident radiation within the range between 380 and 500 nm; establishing at least one threshold of incident radiation within said range; detecting if at least one threshold established for said range has been exceeded; warning of the excess of at least one threshold; measuring the exposure time to incident radiation; and inferring in the different ocular structures of an individual the effect of incident radiation and warning of such effect. 13. System according to claim 12 that is connected to an external server. 14. System according to claims 12-13 where the program(s) (205) includes instructions for establishing the system position and applying a correction factor based on said position in the calculation of emissions. 15. System according to claim 12-14 where the system (200) is a mobile phone. 16. System according to claim 12-15 where the system (200) is a television. 17. System according to claim 12-16 where the system (200) is a computer. 18. Computer program product with instructions configured for execution by one or more processors (104, 202) that, when running, carry out the method according to claim 1-6.
