Resumen
Chimaeric gene for the development of a therapeutic approach to hereditary fructose intolerance. It consists of a promoter tied to the gene or the DNAc of fructokinase. The chimaeric gene is inserted in a liver cell, allowing the fructokinase to act. It also refers to a transgenic animal whose genome includes this chimaeric gene, with the animal developing disorders associated with hereditary intolerance to fructose after fructose, sorbitol or saccharose has been administered.<IMAGE>
