Resumen
Animal model of human angiogenesis for quantitative and non-invasive monitoring of said angiogenesis process in vivo through molecular imaging, in particular through bioluminescence imaging. This model is constructed through inoculation into said animal of a composition comprising human primary endothelial cells and human primary mesenchymal stem cells. The endothelial cells are genetically modified and contain a reporter gene and, possibly, a therapeutic gene.
