Transformed non-human organisms characterized in that the DNA sequences of Claims 8 to 16, totally or partially included in the vectors of Claims 21 to 26, obtainable by the process described in Claims 27 to 34, have been introduced into them. - 60 - 36. - Transformed organism according to Claim 35, characterized by consisting of a prokaryote, preferably Escherichia coli or an actinomycete. 37. - Transformed organism according to Claim 35, characterized by consisting of a eukaryote, preferably of the genus Penicillium, Aspergillus, Acremonium or Saccharomyces. 38. - Transformed organism according to Claim 36, characterized by consisting preferably of Penicillium chrysogenum, Aspergillus nidulans, Acremonium chrysogenum or Saccharomyces cerevisiae. 39. - Organism according to Claim 36, characterized by consisting of pure strains represented by CECT4849, CECT4852, CECT4851 and CECT4850 or mutants and transformed derivatives thereof. 40. - Use of the transformed organisms of Claims 35 to 39, in the production of antibiotics. 41. - Use of the transformed organisms of Claims 35 to 39, in the production of penicillin. 42. - Use of the transformed organisms of Claims 35 to 39, in the production of cephalosporins.
