Procedure and control of transient processes in electrical drives with the load pair proportional to the squared motor rate.It is a procedure and system that minimise the duration of the transient processes in a short-circuited rotor asynchronous motor, where the current of the stator remains constant, according the Pontryagin maximum criterion applied to electric drives with the load pair proportional to the squared motor rate plus a constant (null or not null). They are designed for the operation of pumps and centrifugal ventilators and similar devices with frequent preferred, although not mandatory, rate changes. The speed of the transients, combined with the limitation of the motor current and the optimum variation resulting from the other variables helps reduce losses when traditional change procedures take place. The advantages of the system are optimised when it is used together with a motor control system for the permanent rate that tries to maintain the motor at the minimal electric loss points.
